This is Me Psychology Pty Ltd located in Toorak, Victoria, Australia. Jodie mainly works with adolescents and emerging adults (aged 10 – 25), and their parents, families or schools. She also works with adults. Jodie is currently undergoing Endorsement in Educational and Developmental Psychology after completing the Master of Educational and Developmental Psychology at Monash University.
Jodie is also a Research Fellow (Addiction Research, Turning Point, Eastern Health Clinical School and Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences, Monash University) and the Project Manager for an NHMRC MRRF Grant ($1.3M) for a mental health promotion program for adolescents in schools.
Jodie is currently completing her final year of a PhD at Monash University, Australia. The PhD examines the mental health concerns among adolescents in high socioeconomic contexts and how they seek help for these concerns. Her publications are mainly related to mental health concerns and help-seeking behaviours of adolescents in at-risk groups and adolescents impacted by parental mental illness.
Jodie is trained to deliver the Preventure program from the Matilda Centre, The University of Sydney. Preventure is a evidenced-based and targeted prevention and early intervention program for alcohol and other substance use. Jodie has taught Counselling across the Lifespan at Monash University.
She is member of the:

- Australasian ADHD Professionals Association (AADPA)
Prior to Jodie qualifying as a psychologist, she travelled and worked extensively throughout Asia, Europe, the Middle East, the United Kingdom and the USA for ten years. This has provided her with sound international knowledge and cultural awareness through her international business career.
Jodie has engaged and presented at multiple national and international conferences related to mental health concerns and substance use as a consumer representative and researcher. She was a consumer representative on a panel discussion advocating for effective prevention and public health responses at the Inaugural Rethink Addiction National Convention in Australia (2022). Jodie has presented the findings of a scoping review on adolescent mental health concerns at the European Congress of Psychology in the United Kingdom (2023). She has engaged in other international conferences on substance use concerns including ‘It Takes a Village’ in Oslo, Norway (2019).
